Executive MBA fuels better decisions, association growth

The National Retail Federation (NRF) invested in an executive MBA for Ellen Davis when she was leading the NRF Foundation. The investment more than paid for itself by the time she earned the degree: Foundation revenue grew from just over $3 million in fiscal 2014 to $6.4 million two years later, when she graduated.Davis did that in part by dramatically increasing fundraising at the foundation’s annual gala.
